- Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted after engraving.
- The engraving request must be made by August 31, 2025 to qualify for the free service.
- Engraving will take approximately 4 to 6 weeks.
- Both the application and pickup must be completed in person at an authorized Swarovski Created Diamonds store.
- Please note: If you resize the ring after engraving, the engraved characters may be lost. A re-engraving fee will apply.
