Can I return or exchange my custom ring after it has been engraved?
What should I do if I want to change the engraving?
If you noticed an error right after placing your order and want to change the engraving, please contact the Concierge Service as soon as possible. The contact details to the Concierge Service can be found on your order confirmation.
If, in the future, you wish to change or remove your engraving after cherishing your ring for some time, please note that additional charges may apply. For further information, we recommend you visit your nearest store offering Swarovski Created Diamonds.
How can I return or exchange my custom ring?
Step 1: Contact Concierge Service
To initiate your return, please refer to the information on your order confirmation.
Step 2: Receive Your Return Label
Once your return or exchange is confirmed, our team will provide you with a return label and detailed instructions for the next steps.
Step 3: Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the item(s) in the original box, using the original packaging materials. Ensure the QR code and IGI certificate for your custom ring are included.
Step 4: Ship Your Return
Follow the instructions provided by your chosen return carrier to send the parcel back to us. Please retain the proof of return postage for your records.
Step 5: Quality Verification
Upon receipt, our quality department will verify your return. This process typically takes approximately 7 working days.
Step 6: Receive Confirmation & Refund
Once your return is accepted, you will receive an email confirmation. Your refund will be issued via the original payment method and should appear in your account within 5-10 working days.
