Standard Delivery - UPS
Orders placed from Monday to Friday by 04:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the same business day.
Standard delivery time: 2-4 business days after processing and shipping
Standard shipping cost: USD 6.95
Free standard shipping over: USD 75
Same Day Delivery - Roadie
Orders placed from Monday to Friday by 02:00 PM local time will be delivered at the same business day.
Same day shipping cost: USD 25
What is Roadie?
Swarovski partners with Roadie, a UPS company, to offer same-day delivery. Roadie is a logistics management and crowdsourced delivery platform. By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from Roadie and on behalf of Swarovski, via your wireless provider, to the mobile number you provided. If your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list, providing it here overrides that prior registration, and you agree to receive text messages. Express Delivery - UPS
Orders placed from Monday to Friday by 04:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the same business day.
Express delivery time: 1 business day after processing and shipping
Express shipping cost: USD 20
Your delivery may be shipped ground from a closer location
Orders placed on weekends and national holidays will be processed and shipped the following business day.
Swarovski is unable to deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Items remain the property of Swarovski until receipt of final payment.
When ordered by the last delivery dates communicated, items will usually be delivered on time. Deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen irregularities on the part of our delivery partners. Swarovski can assume no liability in such cases.
We do not ship orders or schedule deliveries on national holidays therefore deliveries may take longer than expected during these periods.
For Crystal Myriad, Licensed-in and Creators Lab products a personalized premium delivery service is included with their purchase, please note it may take up to 2 weeks before the parcel is shipped, and you are notified via email.

Where is my parcel?
If the tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered, please check if someone else at your address has accepted it, alternatively your parcel may have been left with a neighbor.
Otherwise, please look for a notification of attempted delivery, you may find it in your letter box.
In case you cannot locate your parcel, please contact Customer Care, please have your order number and tracking number to hand.
